Information without a sales approach
Kenuvo helps you understand your budget, purchase costs, works and financing. It does not sell loans, collect sales enquiries or send your project to a bank, broker or property agency. No simulation triggers a call, credit application or sales contact.
Your figures stay under your control
Income, savings and other figures are calculated in your browser. Your project is not sent to this website. No account, email address or registration is required. Local saving and export are optional and happen only at your request.
Saving and deleting
The save button stores your project in your browser’s local storage without automatic expiry. Erase removes that backup. Downloaded files, printouts and copies on other devices remain under your control. Avoid saving a project on a shared device.
Hosting and external links
GitHub Pages hosts the website. The host may process technical access information, including IP addresses. Photographs are served with the site. If you follow an external link, that service’s own rules apply.
Advertising and audience measurement
No Google advertising or analytics tool is active in the calculator. The contact form, loaded at your request, is also subject to Jotform’s privacy rules. Space is reserved for possible future advertising; activation will require updated information and appropriate consent arrangements. Free access to the calculator does not depend on any sales contact.
What the simulation can and cannot do
Results are indicative and depend on your figures and editable assumptions. They are not a loan offer, bank approval, property valuation or personalised legal or tax advice. Special situations, companies and new homes subject to VAT are outside scope. Have your notary and bank confirm costs and conditions.
Sources and updates
Rates, regional rules and renovation benchmarks include sources and verification dates. Benchmarks do not replace quotes; statistical rates do not replace mortgage offers. References may change between checks.
Text and photographs
The site’s text and code are not distributed under an open-source licence. Illustrative photos retain their Unsplash licence and are credited on the home page. They do not represent customer endorsements or properties offered by Kenuvo.
Kenuvo, also usable with your AI assistant
In a WebMCP-compatible browser, your assistant can read public references, estimate works and simulate a purchase using figures you provide. On the calculator it can fill requested fields and change steps. You can review and edit every amount.
No tool contacts a bank, sends a sales enquiry, saves your project or reads local backups. If you share figures with an external assistant, its own terms apply; Kenuvo’s rules do not replace them. WebMCP is optional and browser-dependent.
