How does a ten-year bullet loan work?

Lower regular payments, a final principal.

This model pays interest monthly and principal at ten years. Illustration: 100,000 € at 4.80% nominal annual interest costs 400 € monthly interest with 100,000 € principal still due at maturity, excluding fees.

With no investment return, rebuilding 100,000 € over 120 months needs about 833 € extra per month. Future sales and refinancing are not guaranteed. Kenuvo flags principal without an identified repayment source.
